A. Finalized which product you are going to avail then email
us the ff:

2. Quantity
3. DATE of Pick Up,
Meet Up or
Shipping

4. Your choice to where you want to place your
payment.
(Select from BPI or BPI FamilyBank
ExpressCash, Metrobank
or G-Cash)
B. We will confirm
receipt of your email of order intent and we will reply back with
order details acknowledgement together with bank or Gcash details.
If you did not receive from us within 24 hours please
contact us immediately, a possibility
that your email didn't push through.
C. Notify us of your payment as to where and how much. Upon confirming
your DP, your order is now official and will be listed on our
production board. Right after, you will receive from us another
acknowledgement email of your payment, final pick-up date and the next step.
At this stage work will start and we will have to exchange emails if
there's a need for approval. Our interaction during production will
depends on what product you have purchased.
D. We will advice you a day before your pick up and you can pay your
balance upon pick up.
"For Shipping" item, we will advice you 2 days ahead of the shipment date,
so you can settle the balance first before shipment. As soon as the
product has been shipped, you will be notify of the Tracking Number.

A. Call,
txt or email us to set an appointment and let us know your
pre-selected product you intend to order.
B. Bring
with you pictures if you choose product with personalized wrapper
and label. If it's customized chocs, bring the pattern or item as
guide if there's a need.
