HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

SEND US AN EMAIL

PLAN TO VISIT?

 

A. Finalized which product  you are going to avail then email us the ff:

     1. Type of Product

     2.  Quantity

     3.  DATE of Pick Up, Meet Up or Shipping (see below)

     4.  Your choice to where you want to place your   

          payment.  (Select from BPI or BPI FamilyBank

          ExpressCash, Metrobank or G-Cash)

   

B. We will confirm receipt of your email of order intent and we will reply back with order details acknowledgement together with bank or Gcash details.

    If you did not receive from us within 24 hours please contact us immediately, a possibility that your email didn't push through.

 

CNotify us of your payment as to where and how much. Upon confirming your DP, your order is now official and will be listed on our production board. Right after, you will receive from us another acknowledgement email of your payment, final pick-up date and the next step.

     At this stage work will start and we will have to exchange emails if there's a need for approval. Our interaction during production will depends on what product you have purchased.

 

D. We will advice you a day before your pick up and you can pay your balance upon pick up. "For Shipping" item, we will advice you 2 days ahead of the shipment date, so you can settle the balance first before shipment. As soon as the product has been shipped, you will be notify of the Tracking Number.

 

E. If you have question or some things to discuss please contact us.

 

 

ACall, txt or email us to set an appointment and let us know your pre-selected product you intend to order.

 

BBring with you pictures if you choose product with personalized wrapper and label. If it's customized chocs, bring the pattern or item as guide if there's a need.

 

C. Before coming, if you have question in mind or things not clear to you that you want to discuss or need help on direction please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

ONLINE FORM

 

MODE OF PAYMENT:

50% Down Payment, BALANCE upon Pick/Meet Up or before Shipment

CAN PAY THRU:

BPI or BPI-FB ExpressCash, Metrobank or Gcash; and CASH for visiting customer

LEAD TIME:

--  1 week (Simple product and small volume orders)

--  2 weeks (Personalized and some Customized Chocs)

--  Complex Molded Design and Volume Order need to be discuss.

--  During peak season or when we are fully booked, lead time may vary. We recommend to contact us and book earlier.

--  SHORT NOTICE ORDER need to Contact Us first. In respect for those order who booked early, we will check if it is doable.

SHIPPING:

   --  Air21

    SHIPPING/COURIER FEE: WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BALANCE WHICH IS DUE BEFORE SHIPMENT. WE CAN GIVE YOU AN  ESTIMATE OF COURIER CHARGE UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER DETAILS.

(Weekends only)

WEEKEND Meet Up: (Sat & Sun; 2 pm to 5 pm ONLY)
